These are my 3rd consecutive and 32nd World Championships in my career.

1989 and the first start of the Portuguese team at the Junior World Championships. I will never forget the silver medal in K4 500 m with the Portuguese team. We made a big surprise for the great countries and we lost only 0.5 seconds with Poland. 2009 year and the performance with the Greek team as a head coach. Life problems thwarted the performance with the Greek team and a faster return to the country.
Third and 32nd in my career I will perform with the Chinese team as a Coach and a female kayak.
